The Devonshire Hospitality Academy

Our professional training academy was created to support new employees at the Devonshire Group in the development of their hospitality careers.

Our 18-month in-house training programme focuses on Front of House and Chef positions and leads to recognised industry qualification at Level 2 Apprenticeship on completion.
