We’re thrilled to be launching our new professional training academy to support new employees at Devonshire Hotels & Restaurants Group in the development of their hospitality careers.
The Devonshire Hospitality Academy
The Devonshire Hospitality Academy, which will welcome its second batch of students in March 2022, is an in-house training programme, which will lead to a recognised industry qualification at Level 2 Apprenticeship. Crucially, on successful completion of the course, permanent full time jobs will automatically offered.
Our Team
People are at the heart of what we do, with our aim being to place greater emphasis on achieving work-life balance for our employees, with rates of pay which reflect their contribution to the business as being greater than simply matching statutory pay levels. We’re passionate about the hospitality industry and the opportunities that are available within it. More so than ever, there are a wealth of opportunities for people from all walks of life, who are ready to apply themselves and be eager to learn.
Richard Palmer
“It’s a really exciting project…. as someone who worked their way up from being bar attendant at The Devonshire Brasserie to being the Group’s M.D., I am passionate about the hospitality industry and the opportunities that are available within it.”
